For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the pv777 website accessible at pv777.ws, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, and customer services provided therein.
• "Member" / "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the pv777 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration with pv777.
• "Wallet Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Member's pv777 account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or cashback amounts credited by pv777 to a Member's account under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process pv777 uses to confirm the identity, age, and payment method ownership of its Members.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency supported by pv777 for local transactions.

To register and use the pv777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on pv777. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

pv777 may, at its discretion, require enhanced verification at any stage. This typically includes submission of a clear photograph of a government-issued ID document and, where relevant, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Members are required to cooperate fully with KYC requests. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until such verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. pv777 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your login details. Any suspicious account activity must be reported to pv777 support immediately at [email protected].

pv777 accepts deposits via a range of local and international payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT (TRC20), and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a different individual — are prohibited. pv777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an unverified or third-party source and to withhold associated funds pending investigation.

pv777 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider (such as JazzCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. Such charges are not the responsibility of pv777. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit in the Member account area and are subject to change.

Deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on pv777. pv777 reserves the right to decline deposits that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity and to investigate any deposits that trigger fraud risk indicators.

Members may request withdrawal of their available Wallet Balance (real-money funds, excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification to process any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where this is technically unavailable, in which case an alternative verified method may be used.

By placing a wager or participating in any game on pv777, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot and casino game are published within the respective game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, pv777 reserves the right to declare the round void and return the wager amount to the player. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pv777 platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the pv777 platform without prior written consent from pv777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pv777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the pv777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits due to platform downtime, technical malfunction, or third-party service failure.
• Loss of data, account information, or communication records.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

pv777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pv777's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by that Member in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pv777 is committed to fostering a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Members. As part of this commitment, pv777 provides the following player protection tools, accessible from within any verified Member account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Configure notifications and hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.

pv777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other form of prohibited conduct.
• A court order or regulatory directive requiring the restriction or closure of the account.
• Where pv777 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other Members, or pv777's regulatory standing.

Where an account is closed due to a Member's own breach of these terms, pv777 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Member's own request (other than self-exclusion), any remaining verified Wallet Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

pv777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of any updated terms will be prominently displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pv777 platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those updates. If you do not agree to any updated terms, you must cease using the pv777 platform and, if applicable, request account closure. Non-material corrections — such as typographical fixes or formatting updates — may be made at any time without notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pv777 is licensed and registered as a gaming operator.
